Shepherds bush MK
I went to the Michael kors in shepherds bush and two employees stood out to me . Both Jerome and Khadija treated me with excellent customer service . They both made sure I had the best experience and satisfied with their service. I’ve been to other stores were they pay no attention at all but with mk even though they were very busy I was still treated well. Overall I’m very happy with the customer service and will definitely will be returning.

Item never arrived and asked to deal with DPD, no refund yet
Ordered only on 16th June, delivery confirmed for 22 June. Never received. Contacted them and they need a form to be filled out for DPD. Need to print, sign and send back with all the details like tracking number, shipping date, name, address. I wouldn’t ship online if I have time to go out to take print out and do all this. Absolutely pathetic. I would expect company to sort out with thei delivery partner rather asking customer to go through all this.

The express delivery is a joke they use UPS, I was expecting this delivery for an important birthday and it didnt turn up, customer support is to just refund the shipping costs, they need to look at their use of couriers its very poor indeed.

Watches as you are not buying Michael Kors it is Fossil and they do not care that the watch is faulty and will NOT repair after the watch being 6 mths old and hardly worn, Michael Kors customer care certainly does not care about customers only about making money for themselves selling poor quality goods!

Michael Kors online customer service is absolutely appalling!
It should be NO STARS!
I paid £8 for express shipping and received a faulty item, 5 very frustrating emails to receive a postage refund. It's shocking service.
They didn't want to refund the postage because I received the item on time, it was faulty! They wanted me to keep the item with a 10% discount, no chance. Sent it back for a refund and finally got the postage refunded.
I've been using their online service for the past 2 years, till this point my only criticism was the lengthy returns process.
I will never purchase from Michael Kors again, it has been the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to experience.
Now I truly appreciate the other negative reviews being left and can completely empathise.
Sadly, I do not see Michael Kors responding to the reviews. I think their silence speaks volumes!

Nice wallet but....
Pretty disappointed that I ordered a wallet in electric blue and received it in chambray. Paying £125 for a wallet I should of at least got the right colour. Nice wallet but feel a little let down.
Update- Michael Kors refunded me 20% back. Contacted me on the same day, extremely prompt response.
Update- after the first day I used the wallet the monogram with my initials starting coming off the wallet. I know I paid nothing for the monogram but what is the point!

Decent watch, battery could last a little longer though.
TERRIBLE Customer Service with NO communication.
Honestly, it was one of the worst customer experiences I have had online. I bought a purse for my wife for Valentine's Day in their sale, and at some point after I placed the order, while the item was on its way to me, the item was cancelled. It was now too late to buy another item online for my wife for Valentine's Day. Great job!
The day the item was originally ordered to come, I got an email saying it was to be delivered that day! But, of course, it was a false alarm. The item made it all the way from the Netherlands, to my local depot in the UK, just for them to request it back! With no explanation!
I bought it using a link and a discount from a well known deals website, and others had the same issue. Some have suggested that the coupon used was an employee's coupon and shouldn't have been made public. It is not my problem that they have a poor e-commerce system and are not generating one time use codes like any other modern business in 2022!
They could have made contact, explained the issue, and I would have understood and paid the difference of £8. I'm pretty sure it cost them more than £8 to send it to the UK and then ask for it to be returned to the Netherlands.
I absolutely would not recommend this company and will never buy from them again. This put me off the brand, and I won't be buying my wife anything to do with it again.

Please dont deal with this Company
Please stay away from this awful company! I ordered a bag as a Valentines day gift. It was meant to be delivered last week. However, the item hasnt been handed over to the courier yet. Customer Service team doesnt seem to have any knowledge of the process and always comes back with the usual "We will get back to you". and now I have been told to wait another 5 days while they carry out internal investigation and wont even cancel my order to refund the money! I dont think I will ever deal with company again let alone their products.
Unreliable, inadequate and unprofessional
My order from 8th Feb not arrived. MK blame DPD. I blame MK management because it’s their job to sort out logistics & keep customers informed. They told me require 5 days to investigate. 5 days????? Surely that’s what technology and tracking are for.
Get your act together - I paid for items, not for you to figure out your logistics! Let’s face it, you are not being honest. Stop lying, reading off a script and treating the customers like fools!
Feb 21 - five days later, still no update. Rang MK. No explanation or apology but at least offered a refund. Five days to figure out parcel is lost. Very dubious. And why are they losing so many parcel as per below.

Zero customer service, they have no respect if you pay normal service or express, ordered items twice for my partners birthday and nothing has arrived. When you call and sit on the phone on hold, it eventually just clicks off. You then have to repeatedly email and you might get lucky with a response. Cannot believe that a company like this allows this terrible level of customer service. DO NOT USE!
Kindly resolved a mistake of my making
Following a mistake that I made with a recent order, I contacted Michael Kors customer service and I have to say that they were more than kind in resolving this for me sending me a gift card. This was my fault for not checking properly when I ordered, but a friend had said the discount she gave me came from a deals website, so I had thought no more of it at the time. Customer service were lovely in resolving this, even though it was my mistake, so really pleased with the outcome.
Dishonest and liars
Placed an order for my wife as an anniversary gift. After few days of ordering I didn’t get any update. Called up the customer service number and they assured it will dispatch soon. Cancelled the order on the day of delivery and next day was our anniversary. On cancellation they said item is apparently out of order but when I checked on their website it was still available to order when I received the cancellation email. Such a lier and dishonest company. Never ever rely on them for gift order.
